Paula Patton, an American actress and producer is best known for her roles as the lead character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action-spy thriller) as well as Precious (a dramatic). Her childhood was located living in Los Angeles where she came from a middle-class family. The idea of instilling a love for films in her daughter was something that she learned from her mother, who was also a fan of movies. Paula became involved in many co-curricular events at school however she showed an interest in drama. Paula was a fan of acting with her classmates and was a part of school stage performances. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School produced many plays and the actress decided that acting was her chosen career. In a summer program at the University of Southern California, she thoroughly enjoyed her time there. The program was awarded to her by PBS to create documentaries over 3 months. The first assignment was to be production assistant for television documentaries following her successful completion of the assignment. Later, she was able to produce documentaries. While she was awed by what she did, she yearned for the role of an actress. Her career in acting started with an unimportant role with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. Since then, she has been in a variety of popular films as well as TV programs.
